Eric Frank. Eric served as global Group Compliance Officer for The Stars Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TSG), one of the world’s largest online gaming operators. Eric Frank has unique expertise
navigating complex compliance and regulatory matters throughout the world. He has managed global compliance teams with responsibilities in 20+ licensed markets worldwide and served as the principal legal advisor for regulatory,
licensing and compliance matters in the United States, Latin American and Asia at TSG.
Eric also has over a decade of experience in private practice at one of the world’s largest law firms, advising gaming clients on a full range of regulatory and licensing matters, and in government at all levels - federal, state and international - drafting
statutes and regulations and advising on policy.
About Mark Scrivo
Mark has been working in IT for the past 24 years and has worn many different hats, from
network engineer to security specialist and project manager. He has helped develop and implement IT systems and processes across a range
of different industries, including heath care, aviation, and automotive.
Over the past 8 years as a principal Infrastructure Architect for General Electric, Mark has been responsible for leading development
teams delivering highly scalable and available enterprise class solutions. His background is in the areas of application architecture,
design, development, deployment and support of mission critical systems.
Mark is currently CTO for Odds On Compliance and responsible for overseeing all aspects of business technology, currently focusing
on the design and development of our Odds On Data product line.

About Eric Weiss
Eric Weiss was with the New Jersey Division of Gaming (DGE) Enforcement since 1991 and held positions in the Investigative, Technical and Executive Bureaus. In 2008, he became the
Director of the DGE’s Slot Lab. During his eight years in that position, Eric was recognized for his efforts to improve the oversight and regulation of casino gaming technology. In 2011, he led two industry work groups, comprised
of subject matter experts and industry leaders, to draft regulations designed to streamline the regulatory process, embrace best practices and ensure the ongoing integrity of casino systems and gaming equipment.
In 2013, Eric played a key role in bringing Internet gaming to New Jersey, as he was responsible for researching policy, approving Internet gaming systems and regulating Atlantic City’s Internet gaming operations. In 2016, he became the DGE’s Chief of
Staff where he was involved in a variety of DGE initiatives including sports wagering. In 2019, he returned to the DGE’s Slot Laboratory as the Deputy Executive Director of Technical Services. Preceding his retirement in August
of 2021, Eric was a key member of Director Rebuck’s Executive Staff, overseeing the DGE’s Engineering, Quality Assurance, Casino Services, Cyber Security and Information Technology Investigations teams.
About Jared Bowen
Jared Bowen is a US Army veteran, who deployed to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, from 2010-2011.
Prior to joining the team Jared was an IT Management Professional, who has supported businesses across multiple industries over the last 10 years. He specializes in developing processes to streamline efficiency and production utilizing the latest technologies.
About Sean Fener
Sean Fener is a recent graduate of Rutgers Law Camden and has served in several different roles in the sports law industry.
Sean spent his 3L year at Rutgers Law working with the Entrepreneurship Clinic assisting exciting startups in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. He has varying experience in the sports law industry, as he spent time with Pro Football Focus, the industry
leader in performance analytics, as well as Siegel Sports & Entertainment, a boutique pro basketball agency.
About Mike Mignone
Mike graduated from Stockton University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He joined the Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) team in 2007 and spent 10+
years as part of their compliance team. At GLI, Mike spoke on gaming panels, developed and maintained strong relationships with both state and tribal regulatory bodies and pioneered what became the Technical Tribal Team, giving
tribal regulators 24/7 support access, in 2019, Mike accepted the position as Technical Compliance Manager for William Hill, assisting with various state launches, developing change management processes and providing internal
guidance on all areas of technical compliance to dev teams, QA staff and operations. In June 2021, he would join OddsOnCompliance (then EDF Compliance) as Director, Technical Compliance, allowing his 13+ years of prior
gaming experience to be utilized by companies in need of expert technical compliance support and/or to expand into U.S Markets.
About Joe Casole, CAMS, CCEP
Joe Casole is a seasoned advisor for public and private interests within the highly regulated gaming, cannabis and finance industries.
Joe's experience as a regulatory attorney and litigator in the gaming and cannabis groups at global law firm, Duane Morris, LLP and in-house counsel for Gaming Laboratories International make him a trusted source for existing industry stakeholders and
new entrants seeking licensing and compliance solutions across jurisdictions. He has served multiple terms on the board of the New Jersey State Bar Association Casino Law Section and Cannabis Law Special Committee and draws
on his extensive network to deliver innovative solutions to the most complex regulatory issues.
About Matthew Krince
For over 15 years, Matt Krince has been leading and maneuvering client audit, risk and regulatory compliance activities across a wide range of financial services and banking institutions.
Matt has championed company culture through extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, standards, and policies set by the local, state,
and federal governing bodies. A proven leader in managing teams through planning, testing and reporting phases of compliance and regulatory
audits, with experience in examining a wide array of complex control environments while undertaking extensive work remediating matters
requiring attention with regulating bodies. From building out regulatory compliance programs through testing their effectiveness and issue
remediation, his experience has led to safe and secure control environments for businesses across numerous highly regulated industries.
About Ashley Dabb
Ashley Dabb is a veteran sports marketing executive with an extensive focus on digital products and data optimization. She is also a recent Rutgers Law School graduate.
In her fifteen years in the sports industry spanning team, league, and venue positions, Ashley has launched new brands and spearheaded a
rebrand including the market research, positioning, and go-to market strategy. For the Philadelphia Union and the National Lacrosse League
Ashley created the marketing strategies to increase and exceed projected revenues for single game tickets and streaming subscriptions,
respectively. Most recently, Ashley shared her knowledge of the industry as a Visiting Sports Marketing professor at Saint Joseph’s
University in Philadelphia, PA.
Ashley has been recognized for her outstanding achievements as a recipient of the Leaders 40 Under 40 Marketing and
Communications award in 2017, and in 2018 was named on the Forbes list of Women to Watch and received the Business and
Information Management Distinguished Alumni award from Neumann University.
About Alice Zanghi
Alice Zanghi is a bilingual Spanish-speaking paralegal with close to a decade of experience in global gaming compliance and regulatory
law as well as a proven background in litigation, corporate and employment law.
About Jenna Amore
Jenna graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and joined Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in 2007.
Over the next 13 years, she held roles in Quality Assurance preparing certification reports for regulators worldwide, then as Quality Management
Administrator assisting with audits, ISO accreditations, and corrective and preventive actions, and ultimately as a Proposal Writer in the Procurement
division, preparing competitive and compliant responses to RFPs. Prior to joining Odds On Compliance in November 2021, Jenna was the Marketing Director
for a financial advisory firm, managing all of the firm’s communications and events. Today, Jenna is putting her 13 years of gaming industry experience
to use as a Research Analyst with the Odds On Compliance team.
